I Love Shutterfly!

I received my Shutterfly photo book  in the mail the other day.   I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out.  I made this book for Brady for Christmas and I can't wait for him to open it.   I filled the book with pictures of our family spending time at my in-laws cabin.   A little over a year ago, Grandma and Grandpa sold their cabin.  Brady loved going there...and our last trip up was an emotional one.    He has asked me several times if I would make him a cabin book so that he will always remember our fun times there.  I know he is going to love this book.

I added 55 pages to the book.  You can't tell by my pictures because of the glare, but the quality is so awesome and the pictures are really clear.  Here are some of the pages:

It's a 12x12 hardback book...this is the front cover.

This is the back cover.

Shutterfly is always running specials.  I saved 30% on this book when I ordered it.  I love getting a good deal, and that's why I'm really excited about Shutterfly's current blog offer.  They are offering bloggers 50 free holiday cards.  If you're interested, you can get the details here

I still haven't picked out my Christmas cards yet.  There are so many great ones to choose from.

#1 This card is different than one I would normally pick.
Brady has a black and red sweater that I could get some pictures of him in.

#2  I think black and white pics would look great in this card.
I love the color of this card too.

#3  I thought this might be fun...especially since I have never sent a Christmas letter. Ever.

It would be much easier to decide on a card if I could just decide on what picture I was going to use!
I better get a move on it...time is running out!

Which card would you pick?

I like the one where you can add a few words. . .

You and Kim have the right idea, a simple photo card. . .I get a little carried away each year and insist on making my own cards. . .ridiculous tradition anyway. . .

Love the book!

I love all 3 of your choices, you truly can't go wrong!! I'm leaning a bit toward #2, but they're all really great ... we got one of those same photo books for my mom ... a "to nana with love" kind of a thing - turned out great!! oh, and PS, I got those ornament stands at a local craft supply store - ours is called AC Moore - that would be a nice way to display Brady's too!!

HI...I like them all...the one with the memories from 2010 is fun.
I'm late to the Shutterfly giveaway but I'm hoping to post in time to get some cards too.
What a deal!
Good luck choosing the pic!

The photobook looks great!

Following up with the cool font post from yesterday - i just use fonts that blogger offers in the blog composer for my actual posts (times, georgia, trebuchet, etc.) I create graphics from the cool fonts I find on the internet, and upload my custom graphics onto blogger just like I would any other pic.

Make sure your blogger account is connected to an email - you're one of my favorites but I can't ever respond directly to the comments you leave! :)

Have a great weekend!

The book turned out great! I can't wait to hear how he likes it. I'm cracking up b/c I had the same problem. Didn't know which card to choose b/c I didn't know what picture I was going to use. In the end, none of my top 3 choices were right.

I tend to like single photos on the front of the card so my choice would be #1.
