Christmas Highlights

Christmas Eve

Heading out to sprinkle reindeer dust!

 Christmas morning.

Brady woke us at 4:48am Christmas morning.  The poor guy couldn't help being up early....he went to bed at 7:30pm and fell asleep right away.  He wanted to go to bed around 5pm...but we had to draw the line somewhere!   We cut way back this year on Christmas gifts.  Brady didn't even notice.  He has never been about all the gifts.  Santa could have gotten him the three things he asked for and he would have been happy with that.  It took him almost two hours to open everything.  Halfway through openining, he said he wished he was done.  I need to remember that next year!

We didn't get snow for Christmas...but it was still wonderful. Eric's parents and his brother came over for lunch and spent the day with us.

I am loving Brady being off from school this week and Eric being off a few days too.  We are lounging around in our pajamas, watching movies, reading and playing games.  The other night we had a BIG Wii tournament...we even had a bracket schedule!

Looking forward to the New Year!
Enjoy your week!

I noticed Brady got a guitar. Do you have someone lined up to give him lessons? Wyatt got a guitar from my sister in law (It used to be hers). And, I would love to get him and maybe even Edison some lessons. As a matter of fact I wouldn't mind learning too. Anyway, just curious who you might know of in the area.

Your Christmas pictures look great. Hope you had a joyous time.

Love these photos!! We had no choice but to scale back this year!! I was really worried about the kids being dissapointed Christmas morning. After they opened everything the just kept saying "This is the best Christmas ever"
It's nice that they aren't all about the amount of presents! Lounging around in pj's I miss those days!! :( I actually took Monday off so I could remember the good ole' days! Here's hoping i'm back home with the kids by summer 2011!! ;)

He looks happy. I am determined to make that smile happen more often in my house this year. And it doesn't take presents to do it, does it!

These pictures are great! We are having a great week home together as a family too. :-) Having company from Thursday through Sat. Going to see Toy Story 3 on ice with the Girl Scouts tomorrow, was suppose to go tonight, but the eagles game being rescheduled cancelled it.
As far as school I'm hoping within 2 more years but I may go for my Masters so it could take longer. You'd think after 8 previous years I'd be done! LOL But i truly love to learn, I just dislike this kind of Math!! LOL
Have a great week!

Blessings,
Jill

Brady is such a great kid! Oh my goodness. He is so sweet. I just wrote a post today about something you and I have talked about a lot. I had a rough day yesterday, but now hearing how sweet Brady was at Christmas and how much fun the 3 of you had, makes me wish I didn't write it. You'll understand me though! LOVE your Christmas photos!

Awwww...way to go with the racquet. You can just see the excitement in Brady's face. A guitar? Is he taking lessons? I want a guitar too.
We didn't get any snow for Christmas...darn...but its on its way and we are expecting quite a bit by tomorrow afternoon. I'm glad we don't have to be anywhere.
