A Not So Guilty Pleasure!

My aunt who is lifetime Weight Watcher member gave me this recipe a few years ago.  One box of cake mix, (any flavor) and one small can of pumpkin.  Mix the two ingredients together and that's it. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.   Makes 14 large muffins.  You do not taste the pumpkin at all in the muffin.   I have tried spice cake, yellow cake and chocolate cake.   These are low fat, low calorie, moist and yummy!  A little pleasure without the guilt!

WHAT? How can you NOT taste the pumpkin?!? Weird! I'll have to try it. My ballerinas are totally into choc chip mini muffins. I think I've finally found THE recipe for these. After many fails. :(

Oh, and what are you using to add arrows to your text? I was trying to figure out how in Picnik yesterday and could not find anything. Thanks!

Looks easy! Easy is good.

Oh, and what font are you using? I like the size and the look of it. Not happy with font choices in blogger. :(

Forget the muffins, look at the sweet grin on Brady's face. I'll take two of those.

YUM! I love pumpkin flavor! Maybe I could add a bit more pumpkin to mine...and a blob of cool whip to the top. Gah, I can turn anything low calorie to high calorie real quick!

This is a great recipe! We use pumpkin for lots of things because my daughter is allergic to eggs. Adding pudding to a box mix is also super yummy, there's a great recipe for it. Have an awesome day!
Blessings,
Jill

Kerri...

Thanks for the font info. I've seen the wingdings font a million times, but never paid any attention to it. I never put it together that they were symbols. I always thought to myself, "what IS this stupid font anyway?" *doh*

Now I know.

Thanks so much!
