Lazy Days Of Summer....

Have not been so lazy......
School has only been out for three days and we have been on the go ever since.
I'm not sure if we're trying to cram everything into the day because we're just excited or what.
But, I need a day here and there to just be home and get things done.
When things aren't in order, I can be a real pain in the  hard to live with.
I guess I just need to remind myself that summer is short and my schedule and lists and order can wait.
So, I will take a deep breath, relax and go with the flow...or I might just miss out on the fun!
And hopefully I will find some extra time to do laundry and read a blog or two!

Here's a few things we've been up to:

Playing in the creek with friends!

A little tennis!

Scooting on the bike trail!

Lunch on patio with Mom!

A visit to a friends farm for dinner!

And a yummy dessert!

I hope you all are enjoying your
lazy days of summer!

This looks like a great time, lovin it all, but that creek is just my kind of thing. Way back when I was a kid we used to get on innertubes and hitch up with total strangers and we would form this innertube chain and float down the river together. The bigger the group, the more fun it was.
Okay, what is that dessert? I'm always interested in something fun, yummy and new.

Looks like you've been having fun! We haven't been outside too much, it got rainy here, and then really hot! *LOL* We have been trying to hit the park with the kiddos when we can though.

Those are great pictures! The dessert looks yummy. I love the creek too. I have to remind myself of the same thing, although I am like you, if things are not in order, I am not easy to live with! haha. Summer is short though, and it's good that you remember. I am sure your son is having a great one so far! :)

Is it Reese's or Butterfinger? I can taste it from here! And what I wouldn't give for a real creek around here!
