All Sugared Out

My son's school is having a bake sale fundraiser Friday evening.  I have baked and packaged goodies all day today.  I have tasted and tested and tried a little bit of everything and I'm sure I will have a food hangover in the morning!  Here's a few of the things I worked on today...I'll post more on the bake sale when I have more energy!

Strawberry Cupcakes w/ Choc. Strawberries

Mint Cookie Truffles

Chocolate Cookie Truffles

Chocolate Cupcakes w/ Peanut Butter icing...these did not come
out like I wanted.  It was warm in the kitchen and the icing was too soft.
They taste good though...I tried one.  (okay two)

I did not make these flowers...but I wish I did!
I've never been good at making cookies...maybe this
mom could give me a lesson!
I wrapped them individually and found this basket for them.

This is a chocolate cake with red icing, white chocolate shavings
and slices of round (fruit roll up) pepperoni.  Another mom made
the cake and I made the pizza box.

Have a great weekend everybody!
