Tennis Mirror

Remember the used mirror I bought....

that I had other plans for?

Well, I needed a little help...because cutting tennis balls in
half is not an easy thing to do!  Eric spent a couple of evenings
sawing them in half.

We buy tennis balls by the box, so we have
lots of old ones laying around in the garage.  I used
my sewing scissors to trim them up a bit so they would lay flat.
I glued them to the glass with D6000 glue.

Brady LOVED the mirror!

I love that Eric and I made it together.

Total cost- $19.00

I love it! Great job you 2.

Does Eric have any tips to share for frame removal? How is that done successfully?

Like your new Christmasy header also.

Kerri, that is one of the coolest mirrors I have seen! And so perfect for your tennis player. I can't believe how great it turned out. Love inexpensive ideas that end up turning out.

Just saw you "pin" this and had to come find out more... Because I ave tried to cut a tennis ball and know how hard that is. What a perfect accent for bradys room. So clever! Now what are you going o do with the leftover frame? Its got a great shape.

Who says love means nothing to a tennis player because I L*O*V*E that mirror. I have so many tennis balls laying around the house I could probably do my floors like that. LOL Great mirror - nicely done! :-)
