This is what we do when Daddy's away for the weekend!
(which only happens about once a year!)
We hangout with beach other and make it our special weekend.
Of course, we're always thrilled when daddy gets back home on Sunday.
Because, even though we enjoy our alone time...something feels missing when we aren't all together.

I've been AWOL for the last few days and I just caught up with your posts.
What are you painting? Can't wait to see.
I kind of enjoy when Brad's out of town, then schedule can disappear and relax a little. Then I'm always so happy when he's back.
As for the diet, I've actually done one very similar, and I've never lost that much weight, but I have dropped 3-4 pounds. I think this is the motivation I need for the next three days. I have been avoiding sugar, so we'll see how it goes.
You are such a close little family and watching you reminds me of me when mine we smaller...sigh. I really miss those days! Have fun and continue to hold Brady close!!

I love it when Jake will snuggle in with me in bed and watch tv. . .it doesn't happen that often anymore so that makes it all the more special! It sounds like you are making every moment count, Kerri!

So sweet, what a great way to make it better when dad is gone. I know how hard that can be on kids (and mom!) so having a little fun stuff to do makes it easier. Kind of a vacation. Hope you guys had fun. The shoe picture rocks.
