April Fool's Day!

We woke up this morning to find it snowing outside.
Brady wanted to know if God was playing an April Fool's joke on us.
Thankfully the snow was gone by lunch time.
We're ready for some sunny days and fresh air around here!

I gave Brady this little tiny bowl of cereal this morning with this teeny spoon.
Just big enough for 6 bite size mini wheats!

He said, MOM! Come on!  Where's my real cereal?!
He then thought my April Fool's joke was over...so now
I could really get him!

I then tried this old trick.  I filled 3/4 of the cereal bowl last night
with milk and put it in the freezer.  This morning I added a little bit
of cereal and fresh milk on top.  So, when Brady tried to put his
spoon in the bowl, it was hard!

My pictures didn't come out to well.
Seems Brady has had enough of my shenanigans!
  He just wanted some cereal!
Seeing the snow this morning must have turned him into a party pooper!

Have a FUN weekend!

Oh c'mon...those are great tricks. That Brady cracks me up.
My kids pull bad April Fools pranks...plastic wrap under the toilet seat, salt in my milk at dinner, rubber band around the kitchen sink spray nozzle, all the furniture is rearranged and tipped upside down.
I'm not too keen on April Fools around here.
At least your pranks are cute and harmless.

we have that exact same snow here - only our day is still grey and the snow is still on the ground, grrr :-(
never heard of that frozen milk trick, but what a fun one - taking note for sure!! We did rubber snakes in the tub and I filled the girls' bathroom sink with bouncy balls - not spectacular, but still something fun on a snowy grey morning!! have a great weekend!

Nice trick Mom! Brady's look was funny! The snow we got a day earlier..not so funny...but I love your new header, it made me smile and reminds me that Spring will be here despite Mother Nature's April fools joke!

So funny, Kerri! I remember my grandmother putting cardboard in the sandwich that she packed for my grandfather's lunch on April Fools Day. The thing we do for a giggle! Watch out for Brady next year!
