I was joking with my sister-in-law the other day about Pinterest.
I told her I am not just a pinner...because I have tried so many of the things I have pinned.
My sister-in-law pins lots of recipes...but I'm not sure she's ever made a single one.
Anyway, with blogs and Pinterest, I will probably never need to buy another cookbook again!
My recent favorite is this spicey spaghetti squash.
We loved it so much...I have made it twice in the last three weeks.
It was just too good not to share!
Let me know if you try it!
You can find me on Pinterest HERE.

Wow, that looks good and healthy! I think there are a lot of Pinners who just "pin"...lol. I bet you have some good boards I will have to check out!!
Dang Girl! That looks awesome. Maybe I should just start checking with you every morning and find out what you're making for dinner so that I can copy you.
That's about the only thing I re-make... but I do like to try recipes from Pinterest and have found some faves that we re-make again and again too!
We will have to try this one though!! YUMMO!!
I so want to try spaghetti squash. I think that might be a hard sell to my family. I might soon, just be crazy and make them eat it!!!
I have not gone on pinterest yet, I refuse. I know if I do, I won't be able to quit. It is getting harder to say no.
That does look good. I have used spaghetti squash many times, but never in a recipe like this. I am glad you are pinning AND using the recipes. I knew someone who pinned thousands and thousands of things....and I wonder if she ever does a darn thing with any of them. I think the answer is no.
I was actually missing FB and Pinterest a few days ago, but then I got over myself. :)
hey there, kerri ... i see your pins come through my feed all the time, but i don't remember this one - yum!! I find that my recipe pins (I have over 100!) are for the most part, pretty realistic ... lots of crockpot meals, smoothies, desserts, and all around easy 1-2-3 recipes - like you, i've actually found quite a few winners!! But i definitely see the potential to overpin, it's so crazy addictive ;-)
I have a Pinterest recipe in the crock pot right now, and I am sad to say that I just snuck a bite and we might need to go out for dinner! Yours looks great and I am happy that somebody out there is having luck with Pinterest recipes!
Looking over the recipe it sure seems easy and full of flavor. I really have to try this and what's so great is we have some vegetarian friends that I'm always looking for recipes to serve them. Thanks so much!
Pinterest...still not on, but know in my heart that could be a REAl dangerous place for me!!!:)
We made spag. squash once, it was really freaky looking but oh so yummy! Dave would love this...but you lost me on the corn and beans! i know, probably the only person on the planet (or at least in IL) who doesn't like corn!!:)
have a happy day kerri!
PS
