Signs Signs Everywhere there's Signs.....

There's so many signs in our area.
All of these signs are within a couple miles of our house.
These are not businesses either...just people that put signs in their yard.

The funny thing is, our township does not allow us to put a sign at the entrance of our development advertising a yard sale.  It doesn't make any sense to me!  Oh well!

Do you see lots of signs in your area?

We have nothing like this! I love it. And now I want a root beer ;)

Gotta love the Amish. Since we live in an Amish area also we see similar signs and I love the "no Sunday" stipulation. Living in a gated community or more established neighborhood does have it's good points, unless you want a garage sale! Thanks for the cute pics and also a little look into your part of the world. Now I'm thinking a cold root beer is in order!

I want a root beer... and sticky bun.

...and a house cleaner would be nice too!!! :)

So interesting...I am going to pay closer attention to signs in my area and see...maybe even do a "sign post", too. (Pun intended) :)

I would take advantage of everyone of those signs, even the manure. I'd skip the kraut though, not a fan.
Homemade rootbeer? Are you kidding me? I love rootbeer, I'm a rootbeer connoisseur. I haven't found the equal to Henry Weinhard's (aka Hanks) though.
If the Amish women come to clean your house, will they use a vacuum cleaner?
I especially love that most of these signs are coming from people that appear to observe the sabbath. Very nice.
Boy! Talk about some double standards with the sign discrimination.

Definately Amish country where you live too. We have a lot of signs like that where we live too.

The root beer no Sunday sales crack me up since there are counties here in Alabama that you can't buy beer on Sunday in.... maybe that includes root? Thanks for the sign tour! Oh, and send the Amish lady my way! I need a clean house!

Those are some fun signs and from the looks of it there is alot of root beer happening in your area (wink!).

I took down the Amish ladies # (do they have phones?) because I surely could use some help with the house cleaning!!

I love that they have "No Sunday Sales" on them.
Now, the Amish house cleaner would be hard to pass up. How do you?

So nice to "meet" you!

And I love all those signs... looks like you could have your fill of fresh food and drink in your town by just taking a drive!

Though I have to admit that I thought the sign said "GROSS FED" at first ;)

I thought one of the signs just said homemade BEER, and I was like, yum! But I think homemade root beer would be good too. I don't think I've ever had it. Love all the signs. I will have to see if I notice them around here as well.....

Cute post!

LOL...I have seen a few of these traveling your way ;-) Our development is like that too, weird rules for posting signs etc.
A root beer does sound good though...haven't had one in awhile! LOL Have a great evening!

blessings,
Jill

Oh my goodness, love them all, that is what makes summer road trips so much fun! I am thinking one of those homemade root beers would be yummy!

Looks to me like you can get your food shopping done without ever having to step into a name brand chain store. I'll take the bunnies and some manure. This reminds me so much of my hometown (where I am headed to tomorrow). Mum and I will drive around looking for Barns - I'll have to keep an eye out for cool signs as well.

lol! They sure like their root beer over there, huh?

These signs ROCK! I'm gonna call that Amish house cleaner. Think she'll come to VA?

Seriously, I'd stop at every one of those places to try out what they're selling. Do you buy from them?

We have signs around. Mostly for...wait for it...YARD SALES! hehe... Oh, and chihuahuas too. Need one of those?

How funny, so many signs!
We don't have enough countryside out here for all those signs.
In So cal it's all billboards on the side of the freeways! lol

All those signs are so funny - just because there are so many!!! Also, so many treats. In this 90 degree weather that rootbeer is sure sounding good!

I must know...Have you had the root beer? How is it?
And the Amish lady to clean my house could be really nice!

Hi Keri,
How did I miss this post? I am still catching up. I LOVE all of those signs!! I would especially love to see the fainting goats. I have heard of those! Hey, glad you tried the appetizer with the salami. Men seem to really love this one! My guys went nuts over it. I did too, but it required a couple of TUMS!! Have a great day. Is it sweltering hot where you live too?

I really think you must live in a little corner of heaven. So lucky you are. Have you tried all those little places, or not?
And I just caught up on your last few posts, and I think it's your blog and you should be able to brag about Brady and his tennis whenever and wherever you want. I for one want to hear.
