Brady's Dream House

Yesterday my friend Beth invited Brady and I to go along with her and her daughter to her cousin's house to swim.  Brady and Emily had the whole pool to themselves and had a blast!  You will see in the pictures why Brady said this would be the house of his dreams!

Wait for it...

                         wait for it.....

A tennis court right down off the pool area!

Ahhhhh....it's nice to dream isn't it?!

Have a great weekend!

That is a gorgeous home, pool, and the tennis court really is a great bonus - You don't see that at many homes - Very cool!!!!

You may never get him home...love the creative use of the pool raft to create a slide. Also love how you've made your new header - the split image of the pool accross various blocks. Happy summer

What in the world? Who lives like that? I know there must be people out there because there are photos to proove it, but honestly....
I was just eyeing that tennis court in the background and thought to myself, I'm surprised Brady is in the pool and not on the court, then came the photos of him on the court. Maybe Mister needs to keep that young girl in mind as a future prospect.
That house would be MY dream house.

Um, I think that is also my dream house! Gorgeous!!!!
And I spotted that tennis court in the first picture. :)

I really hope our next home has a pool. I think it is almost a requirement.

Hi Kerri,
First, thanks so much for your sweet words on my FIFTY post! I guess I got a lot folks chuckling with that one. Oh, I have the spider veins too. Isn't it just grand? Brady would so love to visit me too. We have a full size sport court. You can play tennis on it, but it is slightly smaller than an official court. We have basketball, volleyball, tennis, badmitton and golf. Our neighbors on one side have a full tennis court, as do several on our street. There is tennis lessons going on all year long next door. We toss bright yellow ball out of the grove back onto their court all the time!!!!

I spied the court right away..yep, that's a true dream home! Love that pool. Would you ever even go on a vacation? And if you did..why? To answer your question, the Kroc center was built in Ashland a few years ago by the McDonald's founder..Ray Kroc and the community. The Salvation Army runs it. They have a ton of community activities like classes of all kinds and the water spout park is free and open to all..it's a great place.

me too Brady!!
I had fun catching up on your posts! Loved all the "for sale" signs - how cute! And reading about Brady's tennis. How awesome that he loves a sport so much. 7 hours playing tennis sure beats sitting in front of the tube all afternoon, even if half of the time was against the garage!! Good thing yours doesn't have windows!! Glad you are enjoying your summer, Keri!! And how precious that you two read together on a blanket for an afternoon. LOVE THAT!

xo, Tessa

Holy Frijoles! That looks more like a country club than a personal residence. And yep, I noticed that tennis court right away too. With mega lights no less. Brady heaven, for sure!

I just read your comment about my dress at Nana's party. YES..it is new. I just got it on Saturday. It is from good ol Kohl's. Do you have a Kohl's? I love it. It is so comfortable. That knit fabric, if it is the right cut and fit for me, is very flattering. They had a whole bunch of them, and I bought two!!!!
Go get one!

Wowza! That's my dream home too. A pool and a tennis court. Awesome! I would be out there with a ball machine 24/7!

The second photo gave it away! Awesome!!!! Cant believe he played in the pool when the court was so near by! Every good athlete needs a little down time I guess! Beautiful!

Haha, seriously, kids would love to swim in a pool like that. Plus the tennis pool is icing on the cake as well. It's a dream house, indeed. There's nothing like spending the day relaxing by the poolside, no?

I see why Brady is ecstatic to be in this dream house. The house itself is pretty, but I think its dreamiest traits are the pool and tennis court. I think many kids in Brady’s age would be sold in a house that has amenities like that. If your outdoor space would allow it, maybe you should consider building a pool. Have a good day!
